Jenel joined our agency in 2005 as our Administrative Assistant and is now our Office Manager. With an Associate’s Degree in Computer Applications Management, Jenel joined our agency in 2005 as our Administrative Assistant. In 2015 she was promoted to Office Manager. Jenel is now responsible for the overall operation of the office and staff. Her responsibilities include (but not limited to) directing and when needed assisting other office employees in their responsibility, customer service, renewals, supplying certificates of insurance, processing claims, dealing with the agency’s and agents licenses among other internal and external parts of the agency’s operation.
She enjoys a good cup of coffee, traveling, spending time with her family and friends. In general, Jenel enjoys what life has to offer. If you want to get on her good side, send coffee!
